What is grief ?
Most people view grief as deep sorrow caused by someone's death. While this is one of the definitions of grief, there are other causes. Grief may be present due to any loss, such as a marriage or relationship. It may also result as a deep emotional or spiritual wound.
There are many forms of grief, and many ways to walk through it. Come join us and let us walk with you along this part of your journey. You do not have to be alone.
The grieving process
There are five specific stages of the grief process; denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to walk through the different stages, however, you must walk through them.

Grief is one of the many emotions experienced after life changing events. When people are traumatized due to rape, abuse, PTSD, or catastrophe, grief is experienced. To heal properly it is imperative to face the grief.
